2Account Registration & Membership

• If age appears questionable and date of birth verification is required.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on cam4:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a Cash Out option is available, in which case that option may be used.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or not completed, all bets will be refunded in full.
• A slight delay in bet acceptance during odds changes in live betting is normal.
• Cam4 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.
• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg will be treated as 1.00 (push) when calculating the payout.

In cricket, if less than 50% of the scheduled overs are completed, winner market bets will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

7Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers at cam4:

• A new bonus cannot be activated while another is already active — the existing one must be completed or cancelled first.
• When betting with bonus balance, the maximum single bet is ৳500.
• Minimum odds for rollover completion: 1.50 for Sports, 1x game rounds for casino slots.
• If you withdraw before completing the rollover on a bonus, the bonus balance will be deducted and only the original balance will be returned.
• Each offer has a set expiry date — once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cam4 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any winnings:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household to exploit bonus benefits.
• Bonus Abuse: Using low-risk hedge bets or arbitrage strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on pre-arranged matches or engaging in any related activities.
• Bots & Automation: Placing bets using automated software, scripts, or bots.
• Fraudulent Payments: Making a deposit under a false identity or using someone else's mobile banking account.
• Data Fraud: Providing a false age, name, or any other incorrect information at registration.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Cam4 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any prohibited activity listed in Section 8 is detected.
• If false information is detected during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (18 months).
• If the member requests self-exclusion.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed (provided no violations have occurred).

10Limitation of Liability

Cam4 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Bets or opportunities lost due to internet disconnection.
• Payment delays caused by third parties such as mobile operators or banks.
• Any loss arising from sharing your account credentials with another person.
• Bets not locked in before odds change due to a technical issue.

Cam4 always strives to maintain 99.9% server uptime, but reserves the right to full indemnity in the event of temporary disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.

11Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or a payment:

• Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of the incident via live chat or email at support@cam4.top.
• Providing detailed information with clear screenshots or evidence helps us resolve issues faster.
• Cam4 will respond within 48 hours of your initial contact.
• If you are not satisfied with cam4's decision, you may appeal to the Curaçao eGaming authority.

Curaçao law applies to dispute resolution. In practice, cam4 always takes members' reasonable complaints seriously and is committed to reaching an amicable resolution.

12Policy on Changes to Terms

Cam4 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• SMS notifications will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• A notification banner will be displayed on the website.
• You will be notified 7 days before any changes come into effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request to close your account.
